Ghoulish trail to walk
along
- The time should be just after
midnight when our coach arrives at Bukit Brown Cemetery.
Under the dim moon light and heavy fog, the environment gets as
ghoulish as it can. Being the oldest Chinese cemetery in
Singapore, you will see lots of tombstones either abandoned or
well-maintained scattering everywhere over the hill. We
will walk straight into the cemetery through the side gate, and
visit the ritual flag at a round-about. Then if time
permits we will go all the way into the center of the forest
cemetery that is extremely eerie at night. When we reach
the center of the cemetery, we can cross the creek and trek to
the other side of the hill that is quite untouched from human
beings. Along the way, be aware of bumping into hostile
spirits and stay away from persistent mosquito.
Ghoulish spots to see about

tombstones
- Mysterious ritual flag on the
soil mound
- Giant historical trees of
multi-storey height
