times of world war 2 the place is kinda like a base and usually
not allowed to be entered by normal people and ppl that goes in
may be spotted as spy and therefore prosecuted or jailed therefore
it is known as a forbidden hill.... after the war

The answer for the 2nd Ques is YES.
Then why do we muslims go there an offer flowers and incense to
the tomb?? Can you imagine that if the person buried there is not
Iskandar Syah, then who are we offering the flowers and incense
to?? And do you think we do dare to go there in the night? I do
believe that is him, cause i have gone there in the night and
believe im a person who used to be very scared of ghosts cause i
can see them at times but when we do go there to Iskandar Syah, I
will feel kind of very peaceful and those who go to his Keramat
esp. in the night there is kind of guiding light for us to go back
home safely.
