Introduction
My interest in paranormal phenomena began when I was in Primary 3.
It was a children day celebration. However, students began to
panic when someone claimed that they saw small humanoids about 3
inches tall somewhere in the school. What could those small
humanoids be?
Several years later, I came across the research of Ahmad Jamaludin,
a part-time ufologist in Malaysia. According to his research,
there have been many such sightings in Malaysia. Curiously, most
small humanoids (sometimes together with miniature UFOs) were seen
by children near or inside their schools. Of course there are some
exceptions: small humanoids were also reported at Kuantan Air Base
and bus station. This represents a unique UFO phenomenon in
Malaysia since sightings of small humanoids with their UFOs are
seldom reported in other parts of the world.
What exactly are these UFO occupants? Are they extraterrestrial
beings as claimed by some ufologists? We will look at this claim
and why it is highly possible that most UFO occupants are not
extraterrestrial.
Extraterrestrial Hypothesis: Does It Make Sense?
When people hear the word “UFO”, they immediately think that it
must be referring to “alien ship”, thanks to those Hollywood
movies that create the misconception. UFO means Unidentified
Flying Objects, and that means we don’t know what they are. There
are many theories to explain what UFOs are, and ETH
(Extraterrestrial Hypothesis) is just one of them. We will now
examine how possible is ETH. I won’t study it from the possibility
of life on other planets, but rather by looking at the so-called
“alien” reports we have on our paranormal files.
From the number of cases that we have, and considering many more
were not reported, we can safely deduce that there have been
thousands, if not millions of UFO landing. If they are
extraterrestrial beings far more superior to us, hundreds of
landings would have sufficed. This is especially so when they can
simply intercept our radio waves that contain lots of information
for them to study our planet, or even learning about almost
anything through internet.
Some people claim that they have been abducted by aliens, who
collect blood sample from them. The procedure is often painful.
This not only shows that their medical technique is crude (don’t
they have anesthetic?), but also their apparent stupidity. With
the technology they said they possessed, including teleportation
and walking through walls, why don’t they just take samples form
blood bank? Sometimes they also take sample of sperm and ovum from
abductees, but they often fail to abduct them at the right time
for ovum removal, i.e. within 48 hours of ovulation. They have
more weird behavior, like asking an 8-year-old boy to fix their
propulsion system!
Now let us examine ETH from biological point of view. Every planet
has its own environment, and it is extremely unlikely that an
alien life form evolved on a planet light years away form earth
will be similar to us. Yet sightings of aliens suggest that this
is indeed the case: they usually have arms and legs as we do, and
even have more or less the same culture as shown by their
clothing. Of course, we know too little about alien life form to
make any conclusion; they might look like us after all, but this
is extremely unlikely. Another problem is that there are too many
varieties of aliens being reported. Here are 6 categories of them:
1) Human: These aliens, some known as the Nordics, look exactly
like us except they are usually taller than average man.
2) Humanoid: Generally human in appearance, but with some
physiological differences. They mostly have large heads and large
eyes. A classical example of a humanoid is the Grey, which is how
most people think aliens look like, again thanks to science
fiction films.
3) Animal: Aliens of this category are generally hairy, just like
Bigfoot and Yeti. There are cases where “Bigfoot” was seen along
with UFOs, linking the two phenomena together. There are however,
many other types of “animals” with reptilian, avian, insects and
mammalian features. For example, giant white maggot was seen
crawling across a road in Yssandan, France, in 1960, during a UFO
sighting.
4) Robot: This doesn’t require much explanation. They are just
metallic looking machine of some sort.
5) Exotic: Creatures with mixtures of other categories. For
example, a humanoid with robotic arms.
6) Apparitional: The most curious of all categories. They are
ghost-like, able to float and pass through solid walls, appear and
disappear at will.
Are we to assume that the Earth, an insignificant planet in the
vast cosmos, is somehow attracting so many different aliens,
probably from different planets and galaxies? Or do they, whatever
they might look like, can manipulate our perception and made us
perceive them differently?
Curious “Alien” Activities
What do these so-called “aliens” do on Earth? Here are some very
strange activities related to them:
1) Human Abduction: Humans are usually abducted when they
are alone, often when sleeping or driving on the road. Abductees
usually are subjected to medical tests. The aliens seem
particularly interested in taking sperm and ovum sample, leading
some ufologists to speculate that they are trying to create a
hybrid between human and alien. In fact, some female abductees
claimed that they were somehow impregnated and the fetuses removed
by the aliens sometime later. Abductees often reported the lost of
time, and usually do not remember the event of abduction itself.
Among the symptoms that occur after an abduction episode might
include: Injuries like cuts and bruises, eye problems, skin burns
and irritation, amnesia, equilibrium problem, gastrointestinal
distress, dehydration, thirst, healing from a pre-existing
illness, spiritual awareness and the development of psychic
abilities (sometimes strong enough to trigger poltergeist
phenomena).
2) Place of Origin: Aliens like to lie to human contactees
or abductees. Early in the 1940s and 1950s, they claimed to come
from planets within our solar system, such as Mercury, Mars,
Pluto, Saturn etc. When it became a common knowledge that these
planets were not capable of sustaining life (especially advanced
life form) as we know it (the aliens clearly are well adapted to
our planet. They can even breathe our air!), they changed their
place of origins. Now they claim to be originated from distant
galaxies. This deception is not new. UFOs come in different forms
throughout the ages. We have sightings of ghostly airships when
the invention is still in experimental stage (as early as 1890s).
Yet their occupants (totally human-like) told us that they are
from some countries on earth. Then, ghostly air ships changed into
ghostly rockets before humans use rockets at large scale. Now we
have disk-shaped UFOs, replacing ghostly rockets! What we are
seeing here is clearly something more than alien spaceships, for
they changed their appearance over the ages, correspond to human
perception.
2) Concern About Earth: Abductees are sometimes forced to
watch videos or hologram about the destruction of earth by natural
disaster, which they said will happen if we do not stop polluting
our world. In the 1950s, they were lecturing about the danger of
nuclear weapons; yet now they change their concerns toward
environmental issue? Is this merely a coincidence, noting that
people today are more concerned about environmental issue, but
people in the 1950s were concerned about nuclear war? Again, the
phenomena changed, correspond to our perception.
4) Bedroom Visitation: Why do supposedly advanced beings
like to invade people bedroom? Here is one interesting case: a
Trowbridge man claimed he was awoken by a tall, greenish alien in
the early hours of 5 January 1980. The creature told the man that
he came from a planet where war is used to control the population
level. He also said that he was trying to prevent the Earth
splitting in half by injecting it with liquid cement from his
remotely controlled spaceship! This sounds nonsensical to anyone
with a right mind. Yet it was supposedly told to us by advanced
alien! Normally, when aliens pay a visit in someone bedroom, only
one person will be awake at that time. Other people in the same
room will remain asleep.
5) Sexual Abuse: Aliens are said to be conducting
experiment to create hybrids, but the truth is that they are not
just “experimenting” on human sperm and ovum; they appear to be
sexually attracted by us. You may ask how is that possible for we
are form different species? Actually, this is possible, as
dolphins, iguanas and other animals in captivity do try to mate
with humans. Abductees are sometimes forced to have sexual
intercourse with aliens or even with other abductees while the
aliens watch…. Many different kind of aliens were said to rape
their abducted victims, including the Grays, Mantids (aliens
resemble praying mantis) and the Reptoids (aliens who look like
reptiles). While most Grays were said to look alike with no
apparent sexual organs….reports indicate that Grays with prominent
breasts and vagina were seen by abductees, who then forced to have
sex with them. Usually, victims were given a thick liquid before
the sexual encounter, probably as some kind of aphrodisiacs.
Reptoids were sometimes said to be apparitional: they can
materialize and dematerialize at will, and even posting as husband
or wife of an abductee in order to have sexual intercourse with
the victim. This has nothing to do with scientific experiments; it
seems to be driven by lust!
Now that we have examined the activities of these “aliens”, we
will look back into history and amazingly we will see that the
same phenomena have been recorded even back then, only with
different names: not “aliens”, but “fairies”, “demons” or other
supernatural beings.
Supernatural Connection
Fairies, or “the little people”, are usually described as small,
ranging from a few inches to 2 feet tall; there are some
exceptions though, where fairies were described to be as tall as
human. They have magical ability to become invisible or even
shape-shift into other beings. There are many kinds of fairies in
many different cultures. In their dealings with humans, fairies
can also be categorized as to whether they are helpful or harmful.
Helpful fairies include the Brownies of England, the Ghillie Dhu
of Ireland, and the Lutins of France, while the harmful fairies
are the Bogies of Scotland, the Kobolds of Germany, and the Trolls
of Scandinavia. Fairies in this part of Southeast Asia, for
example in Malaysia, are known as “Orang Bunian”. Fairies control
human perception, for instance, turning a damp cave into a
magnificent palace.
Fairies live in their own realm known as the Fairyland, where the
time runs at a different rate. A man might spend what seems like
only an hour in Fairyland but when he returns to our world, he
will find that hundreds of years have passed.
We do have modern fairies sightings. Here are some of them:
1) In 1897, G. Herbert saw a pixie (a kind of fairies) while
taking an afternoon walk on the southern edge of Dartmoor. It
looked like a little wizened man about 45 cm tall with a brown
wrinkled face and wearing a pointed hat. The pixie vanished as she
watched. A similar creature was briefly seen in April 1936 by a
car driver when rounding a bend along a quiet Hertfordshire lane.
2) During summer 1964, some children claimed that they had watched
a number of little green men in white hats hurling stones and
clods of earth at each other on a bowling green in Liverpool.
3) One evening in late September 1979, a group of 10-year-old
children were walking home from Wollaton Park, Nottingham when
they saw a troupe of about 60 gnomes drove out of the lakeside
bushes in 30 tiny red and white bubble cars! The gnomes were half
as tall as the children themselves, with greenish crinkled faces,
red tunics, green leggings, and white beards with red tips.
If fairies and gnomes can drive cars; why can’t they have flying
machines like UFOs?
According to the Quran, the holy book of Islam, there exists one
type of being known as the jinn. They were created by God from
fire. Satan is one of the Jinn, so do “demons”. Muslims do not
believe in fallen angels because angels do not have free will like
humans or jinn. They cannot choose to become evil. The Quran
states that some Jinn are orthodox Muslims, who do not harm or
injure the faithful, but the majority are unclean beings, living
in all sort of places, particularly dirty places. Muslims believe
that men should invoke the protection of Allah (God) on all food
and all daily actions because Jinn can interfere at will and they
are hostile towards humans. Jinn are said to be shape-shifters
too. So it is entirely possible that fairies are actually Jinn.
Amazingly many fairies and demons activities are similar to modern
alien activities:
Fairies were said to abduct humans. They are often interested in
abducting human babies and replacing them with replicas, known as
changelings, which are actually fairies babies or magically
enhanced inanimate objects that look exactly like the genuine
babies. Fairies from Welsh mythology, known as the Tylwyth Teg are
famed for abducting children, whom if recovered, will not remember
the experiences. Orang Bunian are also said to be involved in
abducting babies, even those who are yet to be born, i.e. removing
babies (fetuses will be a more accurate term) from their mother’s
uterus! People who were abducted by fairies find that on their
return much more time has elapsed than they had realized. There
are lots of similar legends in Welsh, Tectonic and Chinese
mythology and folklore. All these resemble modern abduction
reports! Another curiosity arises when we compared abduction
accounts with shamanic journey into the spirit world. Shamans
claim to be taken away by his or her ancestors, and then tormented
by the Saajfani, a kind of demon, who poke around his belly with
knives, dismembered him alive before putting him together again.
Once this process is complete, the shaman has acquired new
spiritual ability. Sometimes crystal are put into the shaman’s
body to enhance magical ability. This resembles abductees’ stories
of devices known as the “implants” that being inserted into their
bodies; mainly up in the nasal cavity or the brain. Most
“implants” were nothing more than natural growth. Curiously,
fairies abductees were given thick liquid to drink, just like some
UFO abductees claimed. Also note that the medical procedures that
being carried out by the aliens are somehow connected to
supernatural beings. Consider the case of Betty Anderson and many
others who claimed that aliens inserted long needle into their
bodies through the navel or other part of body. We can see that
this is similar to the demon tortures depicted in medieval arts,
where demons pierced their victims' abdomens with long needles.
Folklore tales of human interaction with fairies often focus on
the otherworldly nature of such encounters. The participants seem
to enter another universe altogether. Similarly, in UFO reports,
noises and all activities stopped. If they are driving, they may
notice that there is no other vehicle on the road, even if the
event occurs in a busy area. This effect is known as “The Oz
Factor”, because of the analogy with Dorothy being taken to a
magical world in “The Wizard of Oz”. UFOs are not as objective as
it seems: there are cases where some people can see the UFOs,
while other people at the same place see nothing. It seems that
UFOs behave like ghosts! One particular example happened in Cairo
Mill, Oldham, where John Byne worked as a security guard. One
night in 1972 he distinctly saw a huge humming UFO hovering about
him and emitted a strange blue light. His colleague, who was just
a few yards away, saw nothing. Ghosts and other supernatural
beings are often seen in bedroom just after one awaken, and so do
some UFO occupants who visit the bedroom; and like supernatural
visitation, the witness will be the only one who is awake at the
time of the encounter.
There is another similarity between aliens and supernatural
beings: Both of them are actively involved in sexual activities
with humans. Demons are said to seduce and mate with humans. Some
humans will even volunteer themselves to demons in order to obtain
their help. This is often done by witches. However, there were
reports throughout the history of nuns raped by demons assuming
human appearance. We do not know how true these accounts are, but
they do bear remarkable similarities to what UFO occupants are
doing right now. It was mentioned that a demon’s penis is
painfully large or freezing cold, even made by iron! These again,
correspond well to modern alien abduction accounts where abductees
said that aliens who raped them have cold sexual organ. Sometimes
demons who engaged in sexual activities with humans when they are
asleep are known as incubi and succubi (Plurals for incubus and
succubus). Incubus is a male demon, while succubus is a female
demon. They were sometimes called the demon lovers. However, some
psychical researchers and occultists claim that these demons do
not have different sexes; they simply changed sex. Hence they
collect sperm from male victim in the form of succubus, and then
impregnated female victim with the sperm in the form of incubus.
Mostly they will disguise as beautiful young girls or handsome men
so to arouse the sexual desire of their victims. But sometimes
they do show their true identities
Here is an example of a succubus described in a book entitled The
Haunted, based on a true report of a family tormented by
poltergeists phenomena. This is a transcript of a taped interview
with the victim:
Q. How did you first know something was wrong?
A. The way I came awake, I guess.
Q. There was something different about it?
A. Yes, it was like I'd been - oh, thrown off a cliff or
something. You know, as if some violent action woke me up.
Q. Can you describe what you saw?
A. At first I didn't see anything at all. I just felt this
tremendous sort of panic - I wasn't sure if I was having a
nightmare or not.
Q. What convinced you that you weren't having a nightmare?
A. Her scales.
Q. Her scales. You mean by that serpentine - snakelike - scales?
A. Yes.
Q. You said "she." these scales were on a woman?
A. Yes.
Q. Would you describe her?
A To be honest, I even hate to think about her. Her skin was paper
white, but it was covered in some places with the scaly surface I
mentioned, and then in other places with open sores, the kind
you’d think a leper would have or something, And these sores were
running with pus.
Q. How old was she?
A. I would estimate around sixty-five or seventy. I can't be sure.
Q. What else did you first notice about her?
A. She had long, white, scrabbly hair and her eyes were all red
and the inside of her mouth and her gums were green. Some of her
teeth were missing but those she had were very long and vampire
like.
Q. What about her body?
A. That was the weird thing. Her body itself was firm, you know,
like that of a younger woman.
Q. What did she do?
A. She paralyzed me in some way. I saw her walking out of the
shadows to our bed and I sensed what she was going to do but I
couldn't stop her.
Q. Then what?
A. Then she mounted me in the dominant position and she started
riding me. That's the only way I can describe it.
Q. Was it pleasurable?
A. No, no. In fact, I don't remember feeling anything at all,
other than panic and complete terror.
Q. What was Janet doing during all this?
A. Only after I'd been awake for a time did I realize that Janet
had earlier gone downstairs to sleep on the couch, which she
occasionally does in the hot months.
Q. What was the being doing next?
A. Coming to sexual climax. She just looked at me and smiled
showing those incredible teeth. I tried to look away but something
held my eyes to her. I could tell when she was having orgasms
because she would give little jerks and her smile would broaden.
Q. She was having orgasms?
A. Oh yes, you could tell that by her expressions and her
movements.
Q. Then what happened?
A. Then she vanished.
Q. Just like that?
A. Just like that. Just vanished. And that's when I noticed the
sticky substance all over me.
Q. Sticky substance?
A. Yes. I suppose you'd have to compare it to semen, the texture
of it, anyway. It was emitted from the creature's vagina. And I
was sore, too.
Q. Sore?
A. Yes, as if I'd had prolonged sex, even though it had been only
a few minutes. But then I began to wonder if I hadn't passed out
during it or something because, as I said, my genitals were
extremely sore.
Q. What happened next?
A. I went into the bathroom and looked myself over. The fluid on
my body had a very pungent odor. I took a shower and washed it off
as quickly as I could. I had to scrub very hard.
Occultists believe that spiritual energy is exchanged and united
during sexual intercourse, and demons feed on this energy itself.
How true is this claim?
Conclusion
UFO phenomena are not as simple as most people think. Physical
looking crafts were seen, and yet these crafts have ability to
vanish without a trail. While advanced technology cannot be ruled
out, it is even more possible that these crafts are not
extraterrestrial in origin. They do not exist objectively, but
rather images in our minds, transmitted by some outside forces, or
as most psychologists would conclude, both UFOs and supernatural
encounters are all hallucination. Of course, there might still be
some genuine extraterrestrial spaceships out there….at least, I
want to believe in that.
Clearly UFO phenomena and supernatural beings are closely
connected, are “aliens” supernatural beings? Or do they just share
the same similarities because of some unknown reasons? Or are both
phenomena a part of a much larger picture as yet unnoticed by
researchers? We do not know for sure.
